Would never ever purchase another Bowflex product. This product has needed repairs twice in past 2 years.Part order April21, it, s June 7, still pending for repair.As of today.so
many calls to both Bowflex and Go Figure there repair department. Poor customer service on both parties.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Horrible customer service. Ordered a bike which was supposed to arrive in time - Birthday gift. Nothing yet. Can't get through to customer service. I wrote my niece a cheque as I had no gift to give. Waiting to speak to someone about a prompt refund.

Lousy customer service + poor quality product

Purchased a Bowflex M5 broke within Warranty and supplier refused help!Got in touch with Nautilus Inc.(owners of Bowflex) and also Bowflex.
THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP

Never buying from Bowflex again. Terrible quality and customer service.

Bought the C6 bike in November 2020 and received it about 3 months later. After 3 or 4 uses, the foot pedal/crank just fell off. The metal thread on the crank and pedal were stripped. I'm still waiting to receive the replacement parts. I understand covid has cause delays in shipping but I've been waiting almost 6 months to use this bike and still have not been able to. I expect better service when I'm paying such a high price for a product. Would never buy from Bowflex again.

Terible

Horrific customer service. Treadmill was not working from day 1 and ager 7 months and 20 hours over the phone they could only offer a new machine but it was a 4 month wait. That is almost a full year to get a working treadmill!

I highly recommend you do not buy from Bowflex based on my personal experience.

Garbage

Garbage. I have a Max Trainer under warrant that has no power running to it. Customer service just wants to keep me on the phone for hours and hours trouble shooting the same thing over and over. I've begged them just to replace the machine and instead they just want to keep trying part after part. Meanwhile my weekends are shot working on this (I am the one having to unscrew and screw back in new part). I just want a refund or a working machine. I wish I had bought a Nordic Track.

Delivery Delayed 4 months

Ordered a product in November with delivery delayed until March. The excuse given was that a truck overturned destroying product in a snowstorm. If a company can't handle the volume of the orders received, it shouldn't make promises of delivery. Buy it in a store.

Their M5 trainer is great when it works, but can be flaky, see lots of comments about that. And their service is pathetic; my M5 is now lying open in my office, taking up space, and I can't get any aupport

Not Built To Last Long

************WARNING**************
Purchased a Bowflex M8 Max Trainer in January 2021 & on assembly you realise it's made from poor quality cheap Chinese parts that aren't made to last.
I'm currently waiting to have the machine repaired after 1 month of use that the retailer is slow to reply to.
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE & DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THIS JUNK!

Go heavy and stay home!

My first bowflex select-tech let me down after less than 2 years so I was very disappointed. Then Covid happened and I needed something to work out at home and I decided to give it a second chance and ordered pair of 1090. Looks like there's been a quality improvement?! I've been heavily and almost daily using them now, since August 2020. So far so good and I'm quite satisfied with the product. Still hoping to hit the gym soon but in the meantime... Go heavy and stay home!

The C6 bike is 1995 technology with very little innovation. Shipping times are wild and assembly instructions don't match provided parts and hardware.

BOWFLEX M5 poor quality product

Purchased BOWFLEX M5 broke within warranty period .told by your agent can’t fix and will neither replace or offer full refund as per Bowflex warranty. Wrote to Bowflex not much help!
Product in excellent condition but developed fault and not much help from BOWFLEX
DONT BUY QUALITY POOR

Well known name and quality of product. There are other similar adjustable dumbbell sets being sold on Amazon as "Power Blocks", not the greatest quality.
